WATA Customer Service Center and Ticket Office
Location: 468 N Boundary St., Williamsburg, VA 23185
Hours of Operation: Monday through Saturday - 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
WATA Administration and Maintenance Facility
Location: 7239 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
